I think for the first one, you use the shell method.
I know the general idea on how to solve these problems, but there are a few here that I'm really not sure on how to solve. I would appreciate any help.
1. Find the volume of the solid obtained by rotating te region bounded by the given curves about the specified line.
y=1/x^5, y=0, x=3, x=4
about x=-3
2. Find the volume of the solid obtained by rotating the regin in the first quadrant bounded by the curves
x=0, y=1, x=y^15
about the line y=1
