${y^{IV}} = {e^x}(4 + x) + \sin (x)<br />$
$y'''(0) = 2,y''(0) = 2,y'(0) = 2,y(0) = 2<br />$

I'm not sure where to begin. Should I do product rule or something else?

Integrating $y^{IV}$ four times will work. Remember the arbitrary constants.
