    |x-6|<5 divide both sides by negative 9 and you have to flip the sign since you are dividing both sides by a negative
    Remember if |x+a|<c then x+a<c and x+a>-c then c-a< x<-c-a

    x-6<5
    x-6>-5

solve for x in both equations
    x<11
    x>-1

    -1<x<11 <----- answer

    Hope this helps!
