Thread: some help with early advanced calc questions #3

i appreciate any and all help. im gettin further and further into this and im gettin more and more lost...im not very good at writing notation on the computer, but i tried my best...i think most is pretty self explanatory

5.f is defined as
- sin x if x is greater or equal to c
- ax + b if x is less than c
where a b and c are constants. if b and c are given, find all values of a (if they exist) for which x is continuous at point x=c


domains of f and g consists of all real numbers. let h(x)=f[g(x)] whenever g(x) lies in the domain of h and give one or more formula for determining h(x)

6. f(x)=x^2 -2x
g(x)=x+1
