    Evaluate the limit, if it exists. (If it does not exist, enter NONE).

    factor both the numerator and denominator, then cancel the factors that give you 0/0 ... then determine the limit.

    Yeah, I already got 0/0 but how do I use that to determine the limit. Thanks.

    once again ...

    factor both the numerator and denominator, then cancel the factors that give you 0/0 ... then determine the limit.
