    Proof Limit DNE

    How do I prove this:

    lim as (x->0) of cosx / x DNE

    cos(0)= 1 and cos(x) is a continuous function so for x close to 0, cos(x) is close to 1. In fact, for x close enough to 0, cos(x)> .9 so cos(x)/x> .9/x.
