What are $\delta$ and a? Are they independent of u ?

So, in order to simplify the integral, we can write:

$\int^t_0\frac{du}{1-pe^{ru}}$ , where p and r are constants

You can :
1. multiply the integral by $\frac{e^{-ru}}{e^{-ru}}$

or

2. write the numerator as 1 - pe^(ru) + pe^(ru)
