Hey, guys. I can't seem to remember how to solve for $\displaystyle x$ in situations like this: $\displaystyle xa^x=b$ (where $\displaystyle a,b$ are real constants). Any ideas? Thanks!

Any ideas? Thanks! Algebraically you cannot solve, you must use an iterative method: $\displaystyle ln(x) + x\,ln(a) = ln(b)$
