    basic integral problem...can't figure it out though

    how do I find the integral of

    S (e^x)*x dx


    S = integral sign

    ANy help appreciated, thanks

    One approach is to use integration by parts. Read example 1 here: http://www.math.hawaii.edu/~chasse/m242/parts.pdf

    that tutorial was extrememly helpful, never heard of LIATE before, but it works well.

    btw, the answer is (e^x)(x-1) for those who want to know.
