Thread: Uploading text files to notefolio on TI-89

I'm new to my TI-89 Calculator.. I was wondering if it is possible to hook it up to my PC and upload text files (through notepad, wordpad, MSword, etc) onto the Calculator as a notefolio file. I was going to make a file listing all of the trigonometric identities for handy reference.. but typing on the calculator is awkward and tedious.

Can I do it? If so how? Thanks.

Yes. You can but you'll need the graphing calculator software and a USB cable, which may have come with the TI-89. There are so many such lists already prepared that you may not need to type your own. Just download to your PC and transfer.
