Divide by pi and you're left with the fractional part. $\displaystyle \frac{49.0088454}{\pi}=15.6=\frac{78}{5}$ Let's try another made up one: We have 65.65928646 Divide by Pi and get 20.9 Result: $\displaystyle \frac{209\pi}{10}$
