    Hi,

    I recently set up a MILP model which covers your problem. I use COIN CBC/CLP to solve the problem. You can configure the model through .Net API. You find the download on my page under

    "Which covers your problem"? Was this in response to some question? If so, where?
    Oh, I see- this is spam. Well, at least it is subtler than the usual tv-programs or sports telecast spam.
