    Entering seconds of degrees into TI-89 Titanium

    How do you enter seconds into a ti-89 Titanium?

    I know how to enter degrees and minutes, but can't seem to locate seconds.

    seconds are indicated by the dual apostrophe ( '' ) located in the catalog below the minute symbol ( ' )
