Thread: How to solve in my TI-30Xa

1-{30/[7+3(-4)]}

4[1-(5-11)/3]

Well i dont have the instructions for it nor anything like it, usually i know how to do these in other calculators where i can just put the whole thing and then just press =

But i cant seem to find a way to do that in this calculator, if it's even possible... or do i have to solve just following math operation rules? like solving everything inside the [ ] first, etc?

Probably have to do it piece by piece.

Look for ( ) keys. Some scientific calculators have them, some don't.

Oh yeah, and if you have access to a program like Excel, you can usually do anything in Excel that you can do on a standard scientific calculator. And you can write it all out before you have to calculate it.
