However, PK090, I must ask how and why you got into a university aeronautical and mechanical engineering program if you cannot solve basic equations. What are you going to do when you get to calculus and differential equations? You cannot depend on calculators to do your thinking for you.

Uhm, how can you even take a course without the pre-requisite knowledge?

Doesn't the course have restrictions like Pre-Requisite: MATH XXX, MATH YYY...

And you don't know what or how to use a graphing calculator? Isn't that part of high school curriculum? That's how I remember learning to use one...

BTW, why are you asking where to get one the day before the exam?

Gosh, you make me feel old. I learned to use an abacus in highschool!
(I actually did, although it wasn't part of the curriculum. I learned to use a slide rule in high school though.)
