Thread: Graphing tangents to polar graphs

Hey guys,

How do I make my TI-83+ graph the line tangent to a polar graph given some theta? Is my calculator capable of doing this, or must I find the equation analytically?

4. The cursor is placed on the graph. Choose a point by the cursor or enter a value of .
