We can't help if we can't see the problems.

To attach a file to you post edit it, select advanced editor scroll down until
you can see the "manage attachments" button, press it.

You should now be looking at the manage attachments dialogue. Now use the
browse control to find you file on your machine, select it, then hit the upload
button. Now close the dialogue and save changes.
