    Calculating USL and LSL limits

How would i calculate the UPPER and LOWER specification limits?

The specifications are 35010V so what would the USL and LSL be?

At a guess the UPPER specification limit would be 350+ 10= 360 V and the LOWER specification limit would be 350- 10= 340 V. That's kind of obvious, isn't it?
