Linear Programming: Dual Simplex Method

I have to solve the following problem via the Dual Simplex Method;

Min Z = x+y

-2x-y<4

x-2y>4

5x-3y>7

x,y>0

I managed to get in standard form;

Min Z=x+y

-2x-y+s1=4

-x+2y+s2=4

-5x+3y+s3=7

x,y,s1,s2,s3>0

Then I managed to generate the table in excell format however I wasn't able to put it up unfortunatly.

The problem is after using the first iteration using the Dual Simplex Method, when I find the ratio to move onto the 2nd interation, I get a negative ratio - so I am quite confused and I don't know how to move on from there. I would be grateful for some help.
