Would appreciate anyones help on this...

A student is awarded a % mark for some work

The tutor is then able to award a mark out of 10 for some other element on top of the % mark = mark/110.

e.g, 60% + 5/10 = 65/110

what is the formula to reduce the 65/110 mark to a percentage?
