Efficiency Delivery Rating

As Topic line says I do not pretend to be in on you guys mathematical level but I have a problem at my business that you may be able to help with.
We have a company that requires Deliveries that contains the following variables
C-Total Number of Boxed Delivered
D-Total Number of Deliveries
E-Total Kilometres Travelled
F-Total Time Taken

What I am trying to create is an “efficiency Delivery Rating” (my title for it) to establish how quickly or slowly the delivery run is taking using the above variables. It followes that if for example a Delivery Run is the same distance with the same number of deliveries but with more boxes per delivery it is going to take more time etc. I would like to then use that numeric value to apply to another Driver again bringing all those variables into account to give me a Time that the Delivery Run should have taken if that same rating was applied. I would then just input values into an XL spreadsheet to give me the Times the Delivery Runs are taking/should be taking. Spreadsheet Attached BELOW.


I am not a Mathematician so a simple formula like (F multiplied by D divided by C) would be great if that is possible with this type of calculation but if not ok I will give it my best.
