    Graphing a monopoly equilibrium

Suppose you have a situation for a microeconomic model of a monopoly where P = 15-Q and constant MC where MC<11. When the MC is expressed as an inequality, what does it look like graphically? I am trying to compare a monopoly situation to a perfect competition situation. Obviously in perfect competition suppliers will produce until P=MC, but where do I go from then?
