Unless you are covering integer programming treat this as a linear program with variables with variables $\displaystyle Fk$ and $\displaystyle Ak$ the number of kits produced by the fabrication and assembly departments per day (which we assume are running at full capacity.
Express all the conditions implied as constraints and your objective is:
$\displaystyle O=40Fk + 50(200-Fk) + 40Ak + \frac{50(300-Ak)}{3}$
Alternatively observe that the fabrication department should produce all assembled, for obvious reasons. Also the assembly department should produce all kis for not such obvious reasons, can you identify them?
