Thread: Waiting line models

I need some serious help with waiting line models. Is there somebody that could help me 101 (as in over the internet of course) it will take about an hour.

The company "New Internet Enterprises" has one internet server. The internet server receives many requests, with an average of 155 requests per minute (Poisson distributed). The time required by the internet server to process a request is exactly 0.27 seconds. What is the average number of requests in the internet server (waiting plus being processed)?
