if there was...a 1% chance that the can of drink i bought was a can of coke, and a 1% chance it was raining on any given day, what would the % chance be that i bought a can of coke on a rainy day? i was thinking, 0.001? but i'm not sure

Yes, that's correct. They are also independent

1% x 1% = .01 x .01 = .0001
