(3x-4)-(5x-8)=-(x+12)-6+1

i've worked it out mult. ways and i keep getting stuck.
please if i can have some guidence one how to start it, to make sure i'm on the right track.

my last answer left me at

(-5x+ )(x+ ) ???

Maybe the reason that you are getting stuck is because you don't have to factor at all.
