    exp func

    What principal invested at 11% compounded continuously for 6 years will yield $1210?

    A=Pe^{rt}
    1210=Pe^{(0.11)(6)}
    1210=Pe^{0.66}
    1210=P(1.794)
    P=\frac{1210}{1.794}
    P=674.47
    invest $674.47 for 6 years at a 11% interest compounded continously and you get $1210
