Thread: f(x) question!!

    f(x) question!!

    The question is, Given f(x)= x(x-3), find f(x-10)

    I tried to do it and the answer i got is

    x^2 -3x +70

    Just want to know if my answer is correct? Thanks

    f(x)=x(x-3)

    f(x-10)=(x-10)(x-10-3)

    =(x-10)(x-13)

    =x^2-13x-10x+130

    <br /> =x^2-23x+130<br />
