The numerator:
$\displaystyle 9=3^2$
$\displaystyle 9\cdot 3^2=3^2\cdot3^2=3^4$
$\displaystyle (9\cdot 3^2)^3=(3^4)^3=3^{12}$
The denominator:
$\displaystyle 27=3^3$
$\displaystyle 3\cdot 27=3\cdot 3^3=3^4$
$\displaystyle (3\cdot 27)^2=(3^4)^2=3^8$
Now, $\displaystyle \frac{(9\cdot 3^2)^3}{(3\cdot 27)^2}=\frac{3^{12}}{3^8}=3^{12-8}=3^4=81$
Can you do the other in a similar way?
