$3^2$ Comes first. Then multiply that by $11$.

1) P - Parentheses
2) E - Exponents (In this case we have one)
3/4) M - Multiplication (Left to right, shares precedence with division)
3/4) D - Division (Left to right, shares precedence with multiplication)
5/6) A - Addition (Left to right, shares precedence with subtraction)
5/6) S - Subtraction (Left to right, shares precedence with addition)

Then the rest. :D
