Unit conversion, is this correct?
Help me understand if I am doing it correctly, if not please make corrections but still use the fraction model below to solve the answer.

(hypothetical examples I created myself)

Convert 16,255 inches to meters:

$16,255 inches * \frac{1 meter}{39.4 inches}$

Convert 2.5 miles to centimeters:

$2.5miles * \frac{5280 ft}{1 miles} * \frac{12 inch}{1 ft} * \frac{2.54 cm}{1 inch}$

many thanks

Indubidubly! But it may help if you move that decimal over a couple (two) places to the right.
