University entrance test in VN

Try this university entrance examination in Vietnam. I translated into English but sorry for my poor English!

This test is for students who want to study economy, finance, bank, technology, science... Sector A (math, chemistry and physics).
In 09/7/2009 we will have sector B and S problems (B: math, chemistry and biology) (D: math, VNese literature, foreign languge) and I will give you these test + key. Leave your reply. Thanks a lot!

Makes the US look pretty bad. I attribute this to the reactionary. Progress is slowed because of parental votership. Parents in the US vote against education all the time. They just don't realize that they are doing this. The vietniamese are struggling to create an identity in the global forum. They are striving toward scientific elitism. Noble indeed. Now if we could just become a little more liberal...

That does not seem unreasonable given the right preperation, though rather limited by the standards of 1960's UK "A-level" Pure Maths which would have been a requirement for a degree with significant mathematical content back then IIRC.
