    Solve for the unknown variable

    n+12=-2(3-5n)

    2k+9
    _____=7
    3

    n+12=-6+10n

    18=9n

    \therefore\;n=2



    \frac{2k+9}{3}=7

    2k+9=21

    2k=12

    \therefore k=6
