We are having a bit of fun in the office of the afternoon, and I need some confirmation on the following 2 equations:

4 & 4/5 + 3 & 7/8 – 1 & 5/6 = ?

4/9 x 1 ½ ÷ 3 1/5 = ?

If you can, please show working

$\begin{aligned} 4\frac{4}{5} + 3\frac{7}{8} - 1\frac{5}{6} &= 4\frac{96}{120} + 3\frac{105}{120} - 1\frac{100}{120} \\ &= 6\frac{101}{120} \end{aligned}$

$\begin{aligned} \frac{4}{9} \times 1\frac{1}{2} \div 3\frac{1}{5} &= \frac{4}{9} \times \frac{3}{2} \div \frac{16}{5} \\ &= \frac{4}{9} \times \frac{3}{2} \times \frac{5}{16} \\ &= \frac{60}{288} \\ &= \frac{5}{24} \end{aligned}$
