$\sqrt{3} - 2=2a\sqrt{3} +\frac{2b}{3}$

$\sqrt{3} = 2a\sqrt{3}$ and $-2 = \frac{2b}{3}$

solve this two equations

$2a=1$

$-6 = 2b$
