My question, as follows:

If f 64=25 sq KM how many times would 63 equal that #?

It appears as if MathPerson345 means this:

$64 \times f = 25 Sq.Km.$

so

$f = \frac {25}{64}$

and MathPerson345 wants

$63 \times g = 25$

the revised value is:

63 x 0.386825396 = 25
