do you mean function of 64 is 25 sqkm and how many sqkm would be function of 63?

$\displaystyle 64 \times f = 25 Sq.Km. $

so

$\displaystyle f = \frac {25}{64} $

and MathPerson345 wants

$\displaystyle 63 \times g = 25 $

the revised value is:

63 x 0.386825396 = 25
