My teacher gave the answer and it is 181,500 pens. I just don't understand how he got that answer.Can someone help me please?

Vat1:150 gallons 4/5 full
Vat2:50 gallons 5/8 full
each gallon fill 1200 pen so if I ask you 150 gallon how many pen produce ??
(1200)(150) right.... but what ??
4/5 is full from the pens produced so
4/5(1200)(150) right??
it is the same for the other Vat do the same thing then find the sum of the produced pen from two Vat try it I try and I find the answer
