    Finding the Roots

    I really need help finding these roots Thank you so much for taking the time to help me out


    1.Find the roots of x^2+11x= -30

    2.Find the roots of 3x^2 + 2x -4=0

    The simpilest way would be to use the quadratics formula.

    (1) x^2+11x+30=0

    (x+6)(x+5)=0

    x=??

    (2)  3x^2 + 2x -4=0

    You can use the quadratic formula for this where a=3 ,b=2 and c=-4
