    Wink help please on fractions change by decimals

    I confuse can some one please help me I need to change some fractions to decimals for example in my homework I need to change 1/2 to a decimal and I need to know what do I have to do. Do I have to multiply, Divided, Add, or subtract.

    A fraction means division.
    Divide 1 by 2.

    Thumbs up fractions 2 decimals

    1/2 =1 dvide by 2 =0.5

    2 into 1 =0 put in the dec point add as many 0 as you need to
    2 into 10 = .5
    to change back underline 0.5 . remove the 0 put number0 under the 5.
    put number 1 under the point. remove the des point=5/10 cancel down=
    1/2
