# Raise integer to positive integer power

Raise integer to positive integer power
Does anyone know how to do that calculation? And does Base and Exp have anything to do with it? I have two numbers, 10 and 2 and I get the answer 100 from those numbers.

I am guessing that this is because $10^2 = 10 \times 10 = 100$

For m any integer and n a positive integer, $m^n$ means m multiplied by itself n times: just multiply!
$3^2= 3(3)= 9$, $4^3= 4(4)(4)(4)= 64$, $2^6$= 2(2)(2)(2)(2)(2)= 4(2)(2)(2)(2)= 8(2)(2)(2)= 32(2)(2)= 64(2)= 128.
