## Please help

Hi there, the question I have is actually to help me with a video game, believe it or not In NHL 09 for Xbox 360, letter grades are given for one's performance during each game played. Currently, I have a B+ average over 230 games played. I need to improve that B+ to an A-. So the question is, how many more games do I need to score an A- on to bump that B+ up to an A-. I tried to figure it out myself, but the fact that it's only letter grades is making it difficult for me. I think it's the fact that letter grades don't represent an exact number. I figure it's set up something like this, where

*y*is the number of games I need to score an A- on: A- = (B+) x (230) + (*y*) x (A-)
