    Smile transformations and graphs

    hello
    graphs of form y= x +k
state the coordinates of vertex of each function :
    a) y=x and y= x+2
    b) y=x and y= x -2
    c) y=x and y= x +4
    d) y=x and y= x-4

    another question
what transformation is needed to graph y=(x-h) from y=x
what transformaton is needed to graph y =(x-h) +k

    its urgent

I can answer this only =) lol
what transformation is needed to graph y=(x-h) from y=x
    to graph that,
    substitute x with x-h
    so that y=(x)^2 \implies y=(x-h)^2

then move the graph h units to the right in the direction of positive x-axis

    Hope it helps
