Would anyone be kind enough to help me with my math homework?

Would anyone care to explain steps to these rational equations. (Please include the answers)

You state that these are equations, but I don't see equal signs on either pic. Or did you need to simplify the rational expressions?

I'm pretty sure it's just finding the domain. ;)

1.
$10/x+2$
$x\neq -2$
$( -\infty, -2) \bigcup (-2, \infty)$

$9/x^2-4$
$x\neq 2, x\neq -2$
$(- \infty, -2) \bigcup (-2,2) \bigcup (2, \infty)$

2.
$x+3/x^2-9 - 5$
$x\neq 3, x\neq -3$
$(- \infty, -3) \bigcup (-3,3) \bigcup (3, \infty)$

$6/x-3$
$x\neq 3$
$(- \infty, 3) \bigcup (3, \infty)$
