    I'm concerned that you have posted a number of problems showing no work on your part. The first several are really just arithmetic problems. Please show what you have attempted.

    So, 7-48


    (7 4) 12
    (4 7) (12)
    For these two, because the subtraction is in parentheses, you would distribute the 12 and -12, both of which would result in positive numbers
