Rate per acre - Help please

One purchased 30 acres of land for 48,000,000 contains 9 acres of Wheat Field and 21 acres of Teak Wood Farm. The landlord says the the Teak Wood Farm costs 60% more than the cost of Wheat Field.

Then What is the cost of Wheat Field and Teak Wood Farm per acre?

Let cost per acre of wheat field be x. Then cost per acre of teak wood is x + 0,6x = 1,6x.

    So 9(x) + 21(1,6x) = 48,000,000.

    Solve for x.
