Help with making an equation
Can someone show me step by step on how to make an equation with this information?

A parking meter is designed to accept 200 twenty-cent coins.
Write a rule which gives the number of hours parking, P hours, in terms of n, the number of twenty-cent coins inserted, when the cost of parking is 20c for
each half hour.

Well firstly you should restrict n so,

$n \leq 200$

now half an hour costs 20c so

$P = \frac{1}{2} \times n$
