Thread: Need Help With Some Algebra Homework that I do not understand.

I need to estimate the solution of some quadratic equations by graphing, any help would be highly appreciated....I was out the day my teacher explained this.
1.X^2+7x+9=0
2.x^2-x-4=0
3.x^2-4x+6=0

Estimating the solutions by graphing means drawing the graphs on a computer or on your calculator (or by hand). And from this trying to look at the graph and find the solutions.
