    Post i need help with turning a decimal into a fraction

    yeah i know i must sound super retarded but i am having peroblems with it . there not your normal decimals either they are the ones with fractions attached that you have too simplify i just cant get it
    help!!!!!!!!!!!!
    heres what one looks like
    0.26 2/3 =
    and they want me to reduce this whats wrong with them

    This is not so bad.

    .26\frac{2}{3}=\frac{26\frac{2}{3}}{100}=\frac{\fr  ac{80}{3}}{100}=\frac{80}{3} \cdot \frac{1}{100}=\frac{80}{300}=\frac{4}{15}
