i need help with turning a decimal into a fraction
yeah i know i must sound super retarded but i am having peroblems with it . there not your normal decimals(Worried) either they are the ones with fractions attached that you have too simplify(Headbang) i just cant get it (Crying)
help!!!!!!!!!!!!

and they want me to reduce this whats wrong with them(Angry)

$.26\frac{2}{3}=\frac{26\frac{2}{3}}{100}=\frac{\fr ac{80}{3}}{100}=\frac{80}{3} \cdot \frac{1}{100}=\frac{80}{300}=\frac{4}{15}$
