Assuming you are following the standard order of operations, we have

    \frac{x-4}2-\frac14=\frac{6x-1}{20}.

    Multiply through by 20:

    10(x-4)-5=6x-1

    \Rightarrow10x-45=6x-1.

    Can you finish?
